Spirituality is not religion. Though all religions emphasise spiritualism, one can be spiritual without being religious. Spirituality is an individual practice: a process of discovering the meaning and purpose of life.<\/p>

It relieves us from dependence on the material world, awakens a sense of completeness within, and turns the mind inwards towards the light of awareness.<\/p>

Guided by the vision and teachings of Sri Sai Baba, and with His blessings, Akshaya Peeth was formed to spread spiritual practice together with social service.<\/p><\/div><\/section>\n
